Privacy Policy
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from anyone else. The only information we receive is what you choose to type into the contact form.

This site is operated by BITTNERAI LLC, a Michigan limited liability company trading as Bittner AI, based in Berrien County, Michigan. Reach us at connor@bittnerai.com or (269) 277-6904.
This policy covers visitors to bittnerai.com. It does not cover how we handle a client's data inside a system we have built for them — that is governed by the written agreement and the data-handling addendum for that engagement, and is described in outline on Where we stop.
Only the contact form, and only what you type into it.
If you submit the form on Start a conversation, we receive:
- Your name
- Your business, if you give one
- Your phone number, if you give one
- Your email address
- Your message — whatever you write in it
The form also carries a hidden field that real people never see or fill in. It exists to catch automated submissions, and anything arriving with it filled in is discarded.
Please keep other people's details out of it
The form asks you not to include your own customers' or clients' personal information. It is a first message to a stranger, not a secure channel, and there is no reason for that detail to be in it yet. Describe the problem in general terms and we will take the specifics somewhere appropriate.
Server logs
Our host records ordinary web server logs, which include the IP address of the device making a request, the page requested and the time. That is standard for any website and is used for security and reliability, not to build a profile of you.
No cookies. No analytics. No trackers.
These are not aspirations, they are facts about how the site is built, and you can verify every one of them from your browser's developer tools:
- No cookies are set, by us or by anyone else. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No analytics of any kind. No Google Analytics, no pixels, no heatmaps, no session recording.
- No advertising or remarketing trackers, and we do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.
- Nothing is stored in your browser. No local storage, no session storage, no fingerprinting.
- No third-party fonts or scripts. The typeface is served from this domain, so loading a page does not tell anyone else you visited.
- The site makes no background network requests. The one small script it loads runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
Two, and only when you act.
- Netlify hosts this site and receives contact form submissions on our behalf, along with the server logs described above.
- Calendly handles booking. You only reach it if you click a booking link, at which point you leave this site and their privacy policy applies to what happens next. We do not embed it here, so nothing is shared with them unless you choose to go.
That is the complete list. Email you send us is handled by our ordinary business email provider, as you would expect.
One message, after a call we placed. Then only if you reply.
This part applies to businesses we contact, not only to visitors. If Bittner AI has telephoned your business and sends you a text message, that message is a one-time follow-up to that call, sent to the business number you publish. It says who called and why. No further messages are sent unless you reply.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
SMS terms
- Bittner AI may send one text message to a business phone number after placing a call to that number that was not answered.
- No further messages are sent unless you reply. If you do, the conversation continues with a person, not a program.
- Message frequency depends on that conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We honour it immediately and permanently. Reply HELP for help.

We use what you send to reply to you and to work out whether we can help. We keep it while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we do not add you to a mailing list — there isn't one.
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email connor@bittnerai.com and we will do it. There is no form to fill in and no verification hoop; it is one person reading the message.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. This is a business-to-business site.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described rather than quietly swapped in.
