What we build
One recommendation, not a menu.
There are three tiers. After a discovery call we propose one of them, with the reasoning. A firm that does not need triage yet should buy capture and earn the upgrade with results.
Two you can buy today, one we are still building.
Tier 1 — Intake Capture
AvailableEvery submission is captured, verified, logged and routed. No scoring. The proposition is narrow and easy to check: no enquiry goes unanswered while you are in court, and every submission is recoverable even if something downstream fails.
- You get
- One production workflow, an intake field schema, form integration, and a 30-day tuning window.
- Build time
- About a week.
- Good for
- A firm that mostly needs to stop losing enquiries, and wants to see us work before buying more.
Tier 2 — Intake Triage
AvailableEverything in Tier 1, plus qualification, jurisdiction screening, contact-list conflict pre-screen, duplicate detection and differentiated client response. This is the system described on How it works, and the one built for the reference practice.
The proposition: you open one email per lead that already answers should I call this person back.
- You get
- The production workflow, custom fields in your practice-management platform, a scoring prompt tuned to your practice areas and county footprint, client-facing copy you approve, routing documentation, and a quarterly review.
- Build time
- Two to three weeks, plus two weeks of supervised launch.
- Good for
- A consumer practice taking enough inbound that sorting it is itself the work.
Tier 3 — Matter Operations
In development — not yet soldEverything downstream of “yes, I'll take this case.” Matters-level conflict screening rather than contact-list only, an e-signature engagement letter loop, matter creation on signature, document assembly for firm-standard templates, milestone-triggered client status updates, and routing across more than one attorney.
Why it is listed but not for sale
It is being built against the reference practice and is not running in production anywhere yet. We would rather show you the roadmap than sell you a tier that does not exist. If this is the part you actually need, say so on the call — it changes where you sit in the queue, and it may mean we are not the right fit today.
Setup fee plus a monthly retainer. Never a one-time build.
An unmaintained automation is a liability to hand a law firm. A workflow that quietly deactivates six months after handover, with nobody watching, is worse than not having built it — so we do not sell one and walk away.
The retainer is not paying for compute. Running the system costs a few cents per lead, and we will tell you the real number on the call rather than let you assume AI carries unpredictable per-use billing. What the retainer pays for is error triage, responding when an API changes under us, retuning the scoring as your practice mix shifts, and the fact that somebody is watching.
Why there is no price list on this page
Because the honest number depends on which tier fits and how much configuration your practice needs, and a figure published today that moves in a proposal next week is worth less than no figure. You get the number, with the scope it covers, before you commit to anything.
What we will say plainly: price this against the alternatives, not against our cost. A legal answering service runs monthly, forever, and does none of the above. A part-time intake hire does not work at 11pm. One additional captured matter tends to cover a year of it.
Terms: twelve-month initial term, monthly thereafter. Annual prepay available at two months free.
What actually happens, and what we need from you.
-
Discovery call — 45 minutes
How leads reach you now, what happens to them, what is falling through. We finish by doing the arithmetic on the gap using your numbers.
-
Proposal — within 48 hours
One tier recommended, with the reasoning. Not a menu.
-
Configuration session — 90 minutes, in your office
Qualification criteria, routing rules, county footprint, escalation, templates. This session is the product; the workflow is only how it gets delivered.
-
Build
A week for Tier 1, two to three for Tier 2.
-
Supervised launch — two weeks
Live, with you reviewing output. Anything misclassified gets pinned as a test case the same week it is found.
-
Handover, then ongoing
Documented limitations and an escalation path, then a monthly report, a quarterly review, and prompt retuning included.
What the engagement assumes from your firm
Stated here so it never becomes a surprise halfway through a build:
- An active practice-management subscription, with an administrator who can authorise an API connection
- A decision-maker available for a 90-minute configuration session
- Your qualification criteria and routing rules written down — which usually means we write them down together in that session
- Your own templates for any document work
- DNS access, for email authentication
- Two weeks of a human reviewing output before the system runs unsupervised
Start with the discovery call.
Forty-five minutes. You will get the arithmetic on your own intake gap whether or not you hire us.
